What this tool does not do
  • No VTIMEZONE interpretation. TZID times are shown as wall-clock strings exactly as written, and creation offers UTC or floating only.
  • RRULE support is the FREQ/INTERVAL/COUNT/UNTIL subset; BY* rules are named and left unexpanded instead of guessed at.
  • No calendar lookups, invitations, or scheduling: this reads and writes text, with no network at all.
