Tools never require an account, so most problems need no help from us. If you signed in and something went wrong with your profile, security settings, or billing, email privacy@nuttertools.com from the address you signed up with — that is enough for us to verify you.
Before you write
- A tool failed on a file? Try it in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari first — old browsers lack the WebAssembly features the codecs need.
