Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Polar.sh). - **Auto-Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate. - **Cancellation:** You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods. - **Price Changes:** We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to subsequent billing periods. ### 4.3 Refund Policy We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that: - You own or have rights to all content you upload - Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights - Your Content does not contain viruses or malicious code - You have all necessary permissions to process the content **Client-Side Processing:** As stated in our Privacy Policy, all file processing happens on your device. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, and we never access, view, or store Your Content. ## \9. No refunds will be provided for unused time. ### 9.2 Termination by Us We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if: - You breach these Terms - You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities - We are required to do so by law - We discontinue the Services ### Effect of Termination Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. All provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect. ## \10. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. ## \12. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. ## \14. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
