## Appearance

### Theme

Light and dark are both first-class. System follows your operating system and switches with it.

### Contrast

The default palette keeps the vivid reference colors. Enhanced contrast uses darker brand and card fills so small white text meets WCAG AA.
Enhanced contrastDarker brand red, deeper colored cards, ink badges on colored surfaces.

## Image conversion

Choose which converter writes each format. Automatic is the benchmark-recommended default.

## Video and audio codecs

Pick which encoder each format tries first when a run uses the FFmpeg compatibility core. A choice only reorders what gets tried; formats the core cannot write still refuse honestly.
