# Java .properties inspector

Parse .properties with dot-properties (dotted key paths, escapes, natural lines) and see every dropped comment and decoded \uXXXX escape counted in a loss ledger.
.properties fileParse and format

- No XML .properties variant (Java also reads those). The classic text grammar only.
- Values keep their quotes verbatim when written; java.util.Properties’ store() writes no quotes: the ledger says when the forms differ.
- Keys are shown as their dotted paths: the format has no real nesting, just names with dots.
Paste, drop, or type to begin. Everything stays on this device.
